  • Shipping Information Accuracy:

    Before placing your order, please take a moment to review your shipping details and ensure they are complete and accurate. We prepare and ship all orders based on the information submitted at checkout.
  • Responsibility for Address Errors:

    Wanderlust Studio cannot be held responsible for orders impacted by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
  • Delivery Confirmation & Liability:

    We are responsible for delivering your order to the address provided. Once the shipment is marked as delivered by the local postal service, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend ensuring that your delivery location is secure.
  • Holiday & Peak Season Delays:

    During holidays and high-volume periods, shipping carriers may experience delays due to increased demand. We appreciate your understanding if delivery times are extended during these periods.

Orders

  • If you would like to revise or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at wanderluststudioofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Requests are typically reviewed and responded to within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been passed to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our return policy.
  • A 5% cancellation fee may apply to canceled orders to cover payment processing fees charged by debit/credit card and PayPal providers.

Just a friendly reminder: If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours for personal reasons, a small cancellation fee may apply. This fee is not something we benefit from — it reflects non-refundable processing fees charged by debit/credit card companies or PayPal, which are incurred even when a full refund is issued. Thank you for your understanding.

During this time window, we may be able to assist with updates such as:

Please note that once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait for restock, request a full refund, or select a similar item of equal value as a replacement.

Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard Shipping - Please allow 8-15 business days (average) for other items to arrive in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada. For other countries shipping may take 12-25 business days.

At this time, we do not offer express or
expedited shipping

However, we are happy to offer free
standard shipping on all orders
, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary
depending on destination, carrier operations, and seasonal demand.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after being placed.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • International delivery typically takes 8-15 business days (average), depending on location and customs processing.
  • In rare cases, certain items may experience delays due to local regulations or external factors beyond our control.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

PO Box Deliveries: If your local post office delivers only to a PO Box, please enter both your physical address and your PO Box at checkout (for example, add the PO Box in Address Line 2). This helps ensure proper routing by the carrier and reduces the risk of delivery delays, failures, or returns.

If a delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address information, please
contact us as soon as possible. If the package is returned to us, we will reach
out to confirm whether you would like the order to be re-shipped. Please note that any additional re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds cannot be issued until the returned package is received.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, returned in the original packaging.
  • Once your return request is approved, items should be shipped back within 7 days.

- If it takes longer than 7 days to send it back, we'll still take it, but we'll issue store credit instead of a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Items currently in transit (returns can only be requested after delivery)
  • Damaged or defective items reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • An 5% handling fee per order will be deducted from the refund to help cover shipping, handling costs and bank charges.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and must clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges.

All of our jewelry pieces are carefully inspected and securely tagged before shipping.

When removing the product tag, please handle your jewelry gently and avoid pulling or applying force to delicate chains or clasps.

Damage caused by external force, improper handling, or accidental pulling during tag removal is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for returns or refunds.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping fees will be covered by us.
